A Successful year for Liverpool’s property market

2017 has been a successful year for Liverpool’s ever growing property market, from confirmation of numerous huge new build developments that are set to transform the city to the acquisition of historic landmarks such as the waterfronts iconic Royal Liver Buildings.

60 Old Hall Street

This year has seen the transformation of what was once known as ‘the ugliest building on old hall street’. The now unrecognisable 60 old hall street has been transformed by Signature Living into one of the most anticipated developments in the city. With new features including gold cladding down the front of the building, a rooftop gym with a running track that offers views of the river Mersey and an open air rooftop garden, it is no surprise that investors quickly snapped up all available apartments.

Baltic Triangle

Known as Liverpool’s ‘creative hub’ the Baltic Triangle was once solely used as factories for various different businesses, now-a-days it is home to some of the cities most loved bars and venues as well as some of the city’s best new build developments including the now sold out Art Apartments. Just a 10-minute walk into Liverpool one, and just a 5 minute walk to Liverpool’s renowned waterfront, the Baltic Triangle is definitely an investors paradise.

Royal Liver Building

In February of this year, the world famous Royal Liver Building changed ownership for the first time since it was built in 1911. Iranian born businessman Farhad Moshiri purchased the home of the liver birds for a cool £48,000,000, however his plans for the historic building are yet to be revealed, all we know is that it is an exciting time for Liverpool’s property market going into 2018 ….
